Can I offer incentives for user to signup?

No. WebPartners does not allow any incentivized traffic when you promote our brands. Incentivizing a signup without prior approval is not allowed. If caught doing so WebPartners will not pay commissions on ANY incentivized users. Exceptions can be made if you are offering a product or additional service we have agreed to ie. Handicapping or Odds Comparison Services would be deemed acceptable incentives. Paying someone just to create and/or assisting in funding accounts and/or sharing in splitting of commissions with players is strictly forbidden. If caught your account will be immediately terminated.
